I saw Coraline 3-D about a month ago. With @neilhimself and Henry Selick

How very very cool! And it reminds me of the VSD parody someone once wrote for your birthday, talking casually about how you had dinner with about a dozen famous people and why was everyone getting all worked up? ;)

Btw, how dark is Coraline? I know it'll be too much for the girls, but I'm wondering if it would be too dark for ME. I've heard great things about it, but the Stepford aspect sounds kind of creepy.

As for the yellow pages - we get two or three sets from various agencies (all unasked) and that is, indeed, overkill. But I'm not sure I'm ready to opt out of them entirely, since not every local company is yet on the Web and sometimes it really is faster to locate them in a paper book.

It's quite suspenseful, without anything in the least bit graphically upsetting. Which is a neat trick. Delia elected not to see it, and I think it was the right decision for her, but then, she's extra sensitive to suspenseful/scary movies.

See it in 3-D if you possibly can. It's truly amazing.
