Not a combination I would have thought of, but sounds pretty tasty - and not TOO unhealthy.

About the same, really, which makes me think the doctor is right; it's the cartilage, which doesn't heal, which means I'll need surgery. Anyway, I'll find out tomorrow when I see him to learn the MRI results.
