Am back to the cane, at least for climbing the stairs, Ibuprophen and ice. I sense a depressing trend here: I do karate really, really hard and I pay for it later.

On the other hand, the glass of wine I had (on an empty stomach) makes me feel TOTALLY WONDERFUL!!!

What I did today to make the world a better place: Went to work at my sister's church to work at the pancake breakfast they put on to raise money for the Mexico mission trip.

I'm sure it will come and go, the cane and all. I climbed so hard today that I'm pretty sure I jacked up my ankle again and I may be taped up tomorrow. OTOH, the pleasure makes it all worth it.
