We don't do Twelfth Night, we do Three Kings, a Polish tradition. The kids go outside, the night before, and write the initials of the kings on the porch with chalk. The Kings will come by that night, looking for the Christ child, and if they see their initials on the porch they may leave something for the children in that house, too.
It's never anything very expensive; but it's a nice little magic way to round off the season. Often it's a "for everybody" outside toy, or something. --and I don't have to cook, which benefits everyone--
Happy Three Kings!
