Jan. 7th, 2004 07:10 amI've stuck with Wizard of the Pigeons and am now more than 1/2 through. I think I will pick up Lois McMaster Bujold's manuscript to critique next (this is the sequel to Paladin of Souls). She's about 12 chapters in so far.
By the way, last Friday I went to see Return of the Kings (again) with her, and
kijjohnson, who was in town for a flying visit. It was fun to see it with others who are as obsessed as me. My husband can tease me for having seen it five times--but Lois has already seen it ten times. She shrugged good-naturedly and said "I've got more time than you do. But I really do have to get back to my book."
