pegkerrI noticed something remarkable a few days ago when the girls happened to be standing next to each other. "Delia!" I said blankly. "When on earth did you grow to be as tall as Fiona? You're just about exactly the same height now."
Fiona's face crumpled comically. "Oh, don't," she said. "Don't say anything about it! It's not fair!"
Delia snickered. "She hates to be reminded."
"Maybe if you'd start eating vegetables, Fiona..."
