Pushups . . . FAIL

I tried to do the second day of week one, but stopped after a mere five pushups. My abdomen felt as if it were on fire. I'm going to give myself another day of rest and try again tomorrow. Not sure if this is being lazy or wise. It really did hurt an awful lot.

In other news, I've made my appointment to go back to the sports medicine clinic, for the 8th of September. Onward to fitness and, hopefully, eventually re-starting karate.
