My instructor sent this out tonight. This woman, Ms. Neil, is seventy-two, and she's the oldest third degree black belt we have in the entire National Karate chain of schools (she attends a school in Chicago).

She looks pretty impressive.

Yeah, I should stop complaining about being old.
