Christmas report

pegkerrI haven't posted since Christmas since, for all practical purposes, it's still going on for us. I have to go to work this week, but my family has been gathering every night in the evenings.
Here are some pictures from Christmas morning:
Here, Fiona eats one of the traditional pastry stars we have with each Christmas breakfast:
Among the gifts she received was a Time Turner from her Grandma Mel and Grandpa Irv.
Delia's big gift was a real surprise to her. She had begged for a Cricut Personal Expression--she's wanted one for over a year. But they are really expensive, so we told her regretfully that she mustn't get her heart set on receiving one. She was so crushed by this news, that we tried to think of a way to make it happen, and decided that by conspiring with her grandparents on both sides of the family AND her sister, we could pool our money together to get her this very special gift. Delia was astonished, and absolutely delighted.
