Hurt my back on Sunday lifting Big Thing. Drove to work today and by the time I got there I was in tears from the pain. It occurred to me: when you're in pain from turning your steering wheel, yeah, probably not much point in being at work.

So drove back home, and will spend the day in bed, recovering.
