pegkerrI have managed to snag a 5.75% refinancing loan, 20 year term. Go me.
Another 24 hours for this application of the silicone sealant to dry, one or two more applications, and then (yet) another 24 hours for it to dry again, and we'll be able to use the shower again.
On the not-so-good news side, I am homicidally inclined toward my offspring tonight. You really don't want to know.
