Tough night

I can’t read.

I can’t settle down and do anything.

Didn’t eat a proper dinner.

Just sort of wandering through my house like a ghost.

Except that I can’t find his ghost.

This is so hard. Sometimes it’s all I can do to keep breathing.

I was just thinking today of sending you an email to see how you were doing. I guess this answers the question. :( Your reactions aren't at all surprising, but that doesn't make it any more fun. *hugs* to you. Would spending time with a family member or friend help at all? Just as a temporary distraction? Is Delia home for the summer?
