Thank you, that was a very interesting essay. However, I wonder if you should also post a link to Virginia Woolf's essay, "A Room of One's Own". I think for many women, it's not so much writer's block (I originally wrote "writer's clock", hmmm.) as not having enough time and energy. Our writing comes after the kids, the job, the housework. Even if we get up early in the morning to do it.
