52 Card Project 2021: Week 3: Inauguration

Okay, more than two elements this time!

I was thinking a lot about hands with this one. There is a transparent overlay of four hands of different colors meeting in a wrist clasp, in keeping with the inaugural speech theme of "unity." Both Harris's hands and Biden's hands are highlighted, each with one on the Bible and one raised to be sworn, and the middle of the card is their fist bump.

If any of you were wondering, this inauguration was SUCH A RELIEF to me.

Ooof. Biden was not my first nor second choice, but every time I see any of those images I actually either mist up or burst into tears. The three of them together are really something.

Also, I think he's going to be way better than I believed when I voted for him.
