Aldi’s sells shredded vegan cheddar and vegan mozzarella that is perfectly adequate for my purposes and reasonably priced. Have been less successful in finding a vegan Parmesan or feta, although I’ve used Violife (yes, too expensive). Have never found a vegan blue cheese or Brie. Sometimes I’ll break down and buy the real thing in those cases.
