Delia is sick today

pegkerrToday we were supposed to go over to my sister's house for dinner, so that the girls could play with their cousins and I could spend some more time with my parents, who are staying with them. But Delia has a fever--it was 103.5 at noon. I will go with Fiona, and Rob will stay with Delia. Poor Delia is absolutely devastated, and cried for an hour about missing all the fun. I wish that I could tell her something to comfort her.
Especially because of the story in my last entry, I am holding her especially tenderly today.
