First day's report
Mar. 3rd, 2003 12:44 pmI cleaned up the desk (took about ten minutes) and then spent the rest of the hour reviewing all the LiveJournal entries I'd printed out about the book, re-tracing my brainstorming process. This was really useful: first of all, it reassured me that I have been making process. It also reminded me of thoughts I'd forgotten.
One new idea--well, sort of new:( spoiler space )
I might use that Franz Kafka quotation as an epigraph for the book: "A book should be an axe for the frozen sea within us."
