More re: Lorne

Here's a front page article about Lorne and his wife Rene that was in the Star Tribune today. And this, more about the accident.

What really hurts, and what makes it all seem so stupidly unnecessary, besides the fact that the accident happened at all, was that they were thrown from their car because they weren't wearing safety belts. The man who hit them was going perhaps over 100 mph. But he was wearing his belt, and he lived.

Thanks, papersky, for doing a doughnut toast for him. You know, I don't know if I'll ever see the doughnuts put out on the Fridays from now on without feeling a pang.
