Tonight's experiment: Basil-Lime sorbet

It didn't work. I need another recipe. This one, again, was oversweetened, and I suspect the lime juice I used wasn't fresh enough. Too much sugar, not enough basil taste.

I may call Sebastian Joe's and see if they'll give me their recipe. Or does anyone have a recipe for it that they've tried that they know is good?

So far the Watermelon sorbet and the Avocado Ice cream have been the best. The strawberry yogurt again was too sweet, and the attempt with the jello instant pudding mix was just sorta eh.
