Second day of the retreat

Yesterday's meetings went quite well. In attendance: genealogygirl, ka_mau, folk, blpurdom, awelkin, elfundeb, vish_n, gwendolyngrace, aaoconnor, parsimonia, conrunner_666, takenflyte, debmclain, bekkio, Rob and me. One of the most interesting exercises was to brainstorm what we thought were the strengths and weaknesses of hpef, group those characteristics into categories and then figure out which were threat and which were opportunities.

We had a great day in discussions and then adjourned to genealogygirl's lovely house for dinner.
