Eowyn Challenge Report

I am 232 miles past the Falls of Rauros, which means I met up with Faramir's men three or four days (about 18 miles) ago.

Thanks for posting this. I was wondering about this. I bought a step and the tape that goes with it (with Jane Fonda no less) at a yard sale this past weekend. If we get the rain that's expected, I'll need the step.

I wear my pedometer when I do my step routines, and I count it towards my mileage!

Hm, I'll have to get a pedometer. I wonder if I can find one at a yard sale - after all there is plenty of exercise stuff at most of them.

I got a "pedometer" with one of the McDonalds salads, which is why I got one. It is totally useless; the salad was pretty good.

They really aren't very expensive, but it's worth the effort to get a good one. I found the ones I tried by Sportsline to be worthless. I use the Digiwalker, and I think it cost about $25.00. I've been very satisfied with it (I use the model 651). I bought it at Galyans.

I keep thinking I'll get over to Galyans, but I just haven't found the time. I have kept walking, except for yesterday when Jean was sweeping through. Went to lunch with my small quilt group.
