I had the pleasure of meeting you at Nimbus when psychic_serpent introduced us. I loved following your entries on her flist, and when I got my own LJ account this spring, I added you to my own (with your permission, of course.) You live your life with such gentle grace, Peg (though I'm sure it doesn't always feel that way from your angle) and your entries are often like a balm on a bad day. You have a keen intelligence, but you are not jaded or cynical - how refreshing. Your day-to-day struggle to keep all of the balls in the air lets me know I'm not alone, and that it IS all worthwhile. I also enjoy reading you as a regional voice - I live about 100 miles from the Twin Cities in the northwoods of Wisconsin, and it is our closest urban center. Thanks for asking - I'm glad I got a chance to tell you.
