pegkerrI waited in line for an hour (half an hour of that was outside the building in the rain. Glad I brought an umbrella!). I was the 439th person to cast a ballot in my precinct (at 8:30 a.m.). I suspect turnout it going to be heavy.
I will go back to the polling place tonight, because the girls want to cast their straw votes for the Kids Choice Vote program. Fortunately, the election judges told me, we won't have to wait in line all over again.
