New words: 370
Total words: 12561 MS Word
Pages manuscript: 51
Reason for stopping: I gotta get to bed, really.
Notes: With a little experimentation, I have determined that blood will stick to the surface and spread when dripped onto a marshmallow. However, the blood will wash off if you dunk it in water. Therefore, Jack will cut the marshmallow in two, drip the blood on the cut part inside, and then jam it back together before threading it onto the fish hook.
Mood: Blah. This may be more a result of the fact that I didn't get as much cleaning on the house today as I would have liked, and I am irritated with myself about that rather than about the writing.
This is also the first time I have admitted publicly how few total words I have (and how few total pages). Makes me feel rather vulnerable. How embarrassing. However, sola plura verba hic liber requiret.

Date: 2004-11-21 09:07 pm (UTC)I know you've been hacking at this project for awhile, and there's still a ways to go, but it's already far longer than any single-story writing I've done, EVER, except for one, and right now I'm having trouble writing anything, so I admire your 51 pages. And it's coming. Slowly, maybe, but surely. Believe in your motto. :)
