I like cooking dinner. My problem is, I hate cooking dinner for picky eaters. And unfortunately, that's half the family.

I don't know why cooking and baking are so different to me, but they are. I love baking, but have never been really that enamoured of cooking. Cooking always seems too much like work, even if I like the end result. I *do* cook, but I don't like it.

I have a slightly different quirk - I don't usually cook, but when I do, it's difficult to get myself to eat it. I'll serve it to my husband, to guests, and I'll have tasted it to know it's good, but I get more anxious about how they like it and lose any interest in eating it myself.
