I took a free class from the new studio opening across the street from my office. It went pretty well, and I consider it an accomplishment that I'm not the slightest bit stiff today. See? All that working out has to be good for something! Hopefully I'll do better at my stretches at karate tonight.

I don't have much experience with yoga studios, heaven knows, but I enjoyed it, and the facilities seemed pretty nice.
