Broad Universe

May I draw your attention to an excellent resource for writers, particularly women writers writing SF/Fantasy/Horror, on the web: Broad Sheet, which is put out by Broad Universe. I know many people, including quite a few famous professional writers and editors, involved with this venture. Check out the links page and the articles, and note that you can subscribe to their broaduniverse Yahoo group, too. I particularly point out the articles "The Writerly Art of Critiquing En Masse: A Guide to Finding, Running, and Surviving Writers Groups," by Lyda Morehouse (iscaris, take note!) and "Setting Goals and Planning A Writing Career: A Worksheet," by Leslie What. heidi8, you might want to take a look at the events page, and see if a Broad Universe presence might be a good fit at Nimbus 2003.
