Moving the book forward

pegkerrAll I've done today is to touch base with the architect I know. He says he'll try to hook me up with a woman architect in his office. Her father was the structural engineer who built the ice palace; hopefully, if she agrees to meet with me, that would help in approaching him. Doug will get back to me.
Other than that, I didn't write today because I was busy doing Life Maintenance things, and I can't help thinking, if that's what I was doing all day, why is my house still such a mess? Aargh.
Oh . . . but I did order another copy of that book, Icy Pleasures, about the St. Paul Winter Carnival (the one that Alphacraze, phooey on them, supposedly shipped to me which I never received--I cancelled the credit card charge). So that's one more thing checked off my list.
