This is me, compulsively going over the obvious:

Are you taking decongestants? Are you drinking LOTS of non-caffeinated fluids? Are you getting oodles of rest and making people wait on you hand and foot as you deserve? Are you taking long hot steamy showers? Are you wearing fuzzy slippers?

Well, I suppose the fuzzy slippers can be considered optional. But they're highly recommended!

I stayed home from work today, and I just finished a cup of non-caffeinated tea (one of many today). And I'm wearing slipper socks! Am just about to go to bed.
