I shall play with Novel Conundrum for awhile. No guarantee I'll stick with it; just trying it out.

Now I'm giggling at your Latin motto.

I wish I was geekly/knowledgeable enough to understand a tenth of what the entry you linked to was actually talking about. But the results are pretty.

Très jolie!

I do recommend trying the different themes.

Peg, did you have to do anything to get your comments pages to show in the Novel style? [personal profile] pocketgarden's aren't, and I don't know why not.

I didn't do anything more than pick the style from the list of available styles. No idea why [livejournal.com profile] pocketgarden's aren't. Unless . . . is the support different for paid versus free accounts?

I was looking at this style last night and contemplating changing over to it, especially as I print my entries and keep them in a scrap(pish) book.

Must admit I'm lazy. I have one of the old styles, with colors I like, and haven't been inclined to play around with all of the new design goodies. Of course, I also like minimalist-modern styling with clean lines, which my simple but functional old template allows, so it helps that the lazy look also fits my lazy temperament.

Of course I'm kidding about the lazy bit... I've just been so damn busy writing and reading and looking for pictures of dashingly dressed men in the 1920s and 1930s (inspiration) to play with LJ layouts. ;-)

It is very pretty but I find it hard to read ... too much space everywhere. I also find it's harder to see threads.
