These ones were caught by [livejournal.com profile] moony From [livejournal.com profile] moony:
When Harry is giving Dumbledore the potion, he "hates and is repulsed" by what he's doing. Later, Snape looks at the pleading Dumbledore in the same way - with "hatred and repulsion."

JKR used the same description for both characters in situations where they had to do something they did not want to do. That speaks volumes to me.

Also, she mentions Regulus Black twice in the book - which indicates that he will be important later on, as she tends to mention people lightly in passing before they become important (re: Scrimgeour, Sirius).
Well-spotted, [livejournal.com profile] moony!

I'm so excited about the next book. I didn't come into reading book six like this. I didn't come out of reading book five like this either. *dances*

I seem to remember someone mentioning Regulus as a mediecre wizrd... could her really have managed to get the medalion if he was that bad? especially when Dumbledore, the greatest of them all had difficulty getting there. I dunno, the regulus theory seems a bit strange.

Ill go find evidence though.

now the whole dumbledore being killed by snape by plan, didnt they both use exactly the same words to decribe why he had hurt his hand? when snape tells Narcissa, and then when Dumbledore tells someone else it was the same description...kinda like practiced response you know?

Let's not forget the Regulus suddenly went belly up for reasons not entirely known. Yeah, he wanted to quit being a Death Eater, but why?

Interesting! I will have to go compare those two passages.

The mentions of Regulus Black were enough to make me speculate about whether his middle name begins with an A, after Harry found the note in the locket.
