I love this: apparently Lynn Johnston writes a letter for each main character each month at her website. Elly's letter is about the big Harry Potter Release day they had at the store.

I love For Better or for Worse, and really enjoy reading the monthly letters :) The Harry Potter events sounded entertaining, I assume she was inspired by real activities at local stores.

Oh, I was just at that site - I've been reading (yes, reading) FBofW since 1980. Michael is only a year older than I and we literally grew up together. I love that comic, I can't believe I have been following it without fail for 25 years.
