Yeah. Kittens and puppies may not bail out New Orleans, but they will provide some much needed emotional therapy for the media saturated and shell-shocked.

There's also kittenbreak and puppybreak (though I don't recall seeing a new puppy in a while). These are feeds with a new cutie posted every day. Bonus: folks try to come up with the best caption for the pictures, so there's also some funny involved--something else that is much needed at times like this.
