It's not /just/ FEMA (whose current head was forced to resign from his last job as head of the International Arabian Horses Association). It's also that the military, in particular, needed to be ordered in by the President. Who... Didn't. Until late in the game.

FEMA and Homeland Security are a lot of it, though. And Naomi's list is frickin' scary.

Is this ever going to get better? It just keeps getting worse and worse and now I sort of get a dread in my stomach every time I turn on the TV or computer, because I know I'll hear or read something that will anger me even more than I already am.
