pegkerrLike many other states, Minnesota is facing a budget shortfall. Here's a thoughtful opinion piece in today's Minneapolis Star Tribune, examining the proposition that the reason most Minnesotans now oppose taxation for the common good is that they no longer believe taxes are being spent for the common good.
