I learned about this from madlori: oamichano has started up a community somewhat like the Chapter-A-Day communities for people to get together and read/discuss the Bible in little bits over the course of one year. The community is thebiblenetwork. Folks of all denominations and belief systems are welcome...anyone who's interested in exploring the Bible for spiritual, academic, or religious reasons. Interesting, and brave *g* The translation they're using sounds better than the King James version, at least. I'll watch and see how it goes for a while before joining, though, I think.
