Right click on the icon, check properties, and that will give you the url. i.e., "Remember the country” is http://www.pemberley.com/emote/remcountry.gif

To insert them in your LiveJournal, type:

<*img src="url here*"> but replace url here with the real url and remove the asterisks.

As for remembering to use them, I can't help you with that!

Heheh...I could probably find a time to use each of those. Though in truth I hate getting into politics on LJ. Feels like stepping out onto a field with a big archery target on my back. (And arrows in the quivers of all my LJ friends...)
