Bwahahahaha. As part of my ongoing fell plot to lure the world onto LiveJournal, I have tempted fantasy novelist Naomi Kritzer ([livejournal.com profile] naomikritzer) into opening her own LiveJournal account by giving her code and making icons for her. She says she'll only use her journal to comment on others. We'll see about that!

Naomi is author of Fires of the Faithful and Turning the Storm, both published by Bantam. (The icon I made for her is from the cover of Fires of the Faithful). Stop by her journal and say hello.

You and me both. I lured two more people into the fold this weekend.

I feel like I'm pimping a cult.

Heh. Must be going around. I just talked my sister [livejournal.com profile] jemby into getting an LJ. A few days later I sent a code to a friend of hers who also wanted an LJ, but Jenny had been on for less than a week so she didn't yet have a code to give out.

BTW, I read and enjoyed The Wild Swans. I hope you didn't think my silence meant I didn't like it; it just means I haven't had time to write out my comments on it. For now, I'll just say that anyone who speaks of it being two different stories obviously wasn't paying close attention. ;-)

Thanks
