I work in a call center that has the weirdest interpretation of "business casual" ever. We can wear any colour of running shoes we like except for white and light grey. Ergo, I tried on a pair of turquoise runners with canary yellow stripes. If they'd fit, I would have bought them. And worn them. I also have plans to acquire a gold lame blazer. And my nails are currently silver (but hey, one of the managers has a mohawk and half of my coworkers have purple, green and pink hair - a good chunk of them have multiple facial piercings too)
