While you may not be tempted to gamble, have a look at the other entertainment options available to you in Las Vegas. You can usually find discounted tickets to shows at various outlets along the strip. The food available is subsidized by gamblers so you can find great meals for very decent prices. Some of the casinos are attractions in their own rights; I particularly liked wandering Venice and Bellagio just to window-shop can catch various little bits of entertainment available for free. (Be they previews for paid shows or just people-watching.)
There's lots to do besides gamble and tons of free shows. I think you'll enjoy the Fountains of Bellagio; I always make sure my visitors see them before they leave.
