I got my lightbox through ordering it through the Internet. I can't remember how long ago I bought it, nor can I remember the price. Does it work? Well, frankly, I'm not entirely sure. I was using it last year when I went into one of my deepest depressions ever. But maybe if I hadn't been using the box it would have been even worse.
Anyway, I use it, thinking of it as just one part of my arsenal for handling depression.
In size, it is four inches by thirteen inches by twenty-four inches. It comes in a zippered case, and when I am not using it, it slides in a narrow space between the couch and the wall.
