Date: 2006-12-11 04:00 pm (UTC)Steve left his car in the airport parking lot. Because he tends to forget where he parked, he wrote down the number of the parking spot and stuck it in his pocket. Amazingly, the number was still in his pocket when he got back and went looking for his car.
Which he couldn't find.
So he dragged his luggage around as he searched the whole lot.
Then he stopped and called his wife.
"Our white Honda has been stolen from the airport parking lot. Can you come and get me? I'm going to call the police while I wait."
"Our white Honda is in the driveway," his wife replied. "You drove our dark blue Ford to the airport."
Steve hung up, somewhat embarrassed. Then he reached down for his suitcase and realized the car he'd just been leaning against was a dark blue Ford. His dark blue Ford.

- "A Handbag Is Not a Proper Mother (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=jQWuG9WAK6M) from the Moon Troupe's production of "Ernest in Love" (their musical adaptation of Oscar Wilde's The Importance of Being Earnest), starring Sena Jun
- "Mr. Bunbury" (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=PqLNrI9CH1c) from the same production
Also (NOT Takarazuka):
Yatta! (http://video.google.com/videoplay?docid=6616479032362244465&q=yatta), which features a bunch of Japanese men wearing underwear and giant green fig leaves on their crotches, so may not be entirely worksafe, but it's so darn upbeat and cheerful and everything else, I end up grinning like a fool every time I watch it. The only way I got through six months of approaching layoff at my last job.
