Sam the Brave

When I went to bed last night, my Sam and Frodo action figures were both standing on top of my computer monitor, brandishing their swords as usual.

When I woke up this morning, I found that Sam had leaped down and was face down on the keyboard, his sword stabbing it between the "t" and the "g" key.

I think an Orc must have tried to break into my office last night.

Oddly, my work monitor pet Cardinal Richelieu never does anything of the sort. Had him here since Christmas, he seemed an accurate reflection of how I see my role in this group, and nobody has commented yet. [ Though this may have something to do with all my team being Chinese and the other person who shares the office being Russian. ]
