New web site!

Isn't it pretty!

Hip, hip hurrah and many thanks to daedala, the designer. This is still very bare bones, but soon I'll be adding more content and my LiveJournal will be reconfigured to match the format. I will also be handing out my new business cards at Wiscon.

(Leaving tomorrow morning. It's after 11:00 p.m., and I still haven't packed. Groan.)

Put some kind of dingbat--probably just a dot--between the different links, so it's obviously not just a string of words.

Two thoughts (which you are free to ignore)

a) In the biography, where you indicate that you started the third novel on 4 Sept, you have "click here" but there's no link. I'm assuming you want it to go to your LJ entry for that date?

b) Consider having some sort of small menu with the various links (Fiction, Nonfiction, Biog, etc) on each page, so people can move around without having to hit the "back" button to the main page each time.

Hope all goes well at WisCon. Are you eating better?

...and more sedate and professional-looking than any home page of mine will ever be. ;-) (Alas.) It's a beginning, true, but a good beginning, with decent, well-organized content already and plenty of room to grow. Apart from the editing tweaks others mentioned above, it's already a respectable "presence" on the web.
