Well, I'm alive!

And up and moving around, albeit very gingerly. (Yes, the gas they pump into your belly for the operation does hurt in the chest and shoulders. Not to mention the pain in the abdomen. Pain drugs are my friend.) I think I will have a little snack and go back to bed shortly.
