and it was a great success. The worst thing I can probably say about it was that I made too much fruit salad.

And as for the extra fruit salad: put it in a bowl, pour in some rum or amaretto or kirsch (but not all three), let it sit in the fridge for a day or two. Top with a bit of grated coconut if you like grated coconut, or not if you don't. Eat happily.
