Here's what I said: "You say in your post that "This is the real thing" and then you tell Peg that you have "no way to verify that the book is in fact the real one". Which is it? I agree with Peg--I think you're setting yourself up for legal liability. Ignorance of the law is no excuse, and, in a case like this, your intent doesn't matter. Putting something up that you yourself believe to be the actual book is the smoking gun."
