pegkerrBegan reading it at 12:45 a.m. Just finished reading the last page (p. 759) a moment ago. About 7:40 a.m. So . . . . just about exactly seven hours.

Argh. In about two hours, I have to be at the Edina dojo taking belt exam pictures, for about three hours. I will be crispy melba toast.

Did you see the story on NBC News last night about the braille printing company? The process is staggeringly expensive, and they lose money all over the place 'cuz they refuse to charge more than what the book'd cost in regular print. They've been pushing to get HP&DH out in time (10 volumes). If that's not cool enough a bunch of blind kids got together and raised enough money to get 317 copies printed.
