Nancy McClure posted a useful picture that gives you a good idea of what bridge we're talking about and its relation to other places in Mpls.

I'm cursing that I can't give blood (lived too long in England; rejected because of Mad Cow Disease). They're asking for donations, so if you can, call the Red Cross at 1-800-GIVE-LIFE (or visit their website www.givebloodgivelife.org) or call Memorial Blood Centers at 1-888-GIVE-BLD.

Edited to add: And since papersky must respond in her usual inimitable way, papersky does one of the things she does best: writes a poem.
