7:00 eat breakfast, read newspaper
7:35 gather purse, gym bag, water for ride
7:40 pack bike
7:45 start biking to work
8:00 get a flat, call Rob
8:05 pull bike off road, examine rear tire, extract glass
8:15 Rob arrives, load bike into Jeep
8:30 Rob drops me off at work
8:35 change into work clothes
8:40 at desk, begin working day. Work was hell today.
12:45 p.m. lunch
1:15 back to work. More hell.
4:30 leave work, walk to bus stop
4:45 get on bus
5:15 get off bus, start walking home. Rob passing in the Jeep (from coming back from the bike shop where he got my bike repaired) sees me and stops to give me a lift
5:20 home
5:25 greet girls, hear about school day, begin reviewing papers sent home from school
5:40 check email
6:00 leave with Fiona for dojo
6:20 arrive at dojo
6:25 begin filling in paperwork sent home from school as I watch Fiona's lesson
6:40 talk with sensei
6:50 leave dojo for dash to grocery store
6:55 arrive at Cub, buy lettuce and beef for dinner
7:10 arrive back at dojo just as Fiona's lesson ends
7:15 start for home
7:25 arrive home
7:45 dinner on the table [Thai Beef Salad, tasty, fast and nutritious)
8:00 leave with Fiona for Target
8:15 arrive at Target. Look for combination lock (yes), compass for geometry (sold out) and Spanish/English dictionary (sold out)
8:30 leave for home
8:45 arrive home. Check e-mail.
9:00 change into painting clothes, assemble paint, roller and brush
9:05 begin second coat of lavender in girls' room (while Rob and the girls watch TV, the LAYABOUTS!!!)
9:55 stop painting, go wash up brushes
10:05 post this entry

Now I shall go upstairs to wash off the paint, do my journal entry for the day, take my medication, and go to bed.

You know, reviewing all this makes me sorta think I don't need to feel guilty about not changing my own flat tire today. It's not as if I didn't have enough to do.
